On Rivington Street in the thick of Shoreditch, right next to Cargo and the Iniva Gallery, this building was originally built in the 1930s. Working with architects Wells Mackereth on the refurbishment, the original art-deco features have been brought out, great natural light and floor to ceiling heights, with a green roof terrace available to all and a load of other green features. Local occupiers tend to be from the creative and technology sectors, with The Tea Building round the corner housing, amongst others, Mother and Shoreditch House.
This center is located on Rivington Street, arguably the only street to be on in the ever-improving Shoreditch. The area has an almost New York feel with fantastic buildings and small, independent cool retailers. There are loads of bars, restaurants, and cafés in the area and it's only a short walk from both Old Street Underground and Liverpool Street. The Tea Building is about 60 yards away, housing Mother and Shoreditch House.
