These tasks await you:
You support national and international clients and advise them on flexible office and coworking solutions.
You create presentations, leasing concepts, and location analyses, and organize property viewings.
You independently negotiate contracts and guide clients through to a successful closing.
You monitor market trends and contribute fresh ideas to further develop our offering.
Your profile:
You have a real estate-related education or degree, or a comparable commercial qualification.
You have initial experience in B2B sales and in working with corporate clients.
You work independently, think proactively, and enjoy taking responsibility.
You impress with your friendly, solution-oriented approach and strong team spirit.
You’re a quick learner, service-oriented, and confident using digital tools.
You are confident in using digital tools and open to new technologies and innovative work concepts.
You have good written and spoken English and German skills.
